Partner Update
by Classic Safari Company, Australia:
September the 9th 2009 saw the launch of the Ultimate To Do List Africa programme in Australia and was attended by both media and past clients. The brochure was extremely well received by all and two good examples of trade coverage can be seen by following the below web links.

The next step in Classic’s marketing campaign was an extensive mail out to all media and past clients once again the feedback was tremendous and the clients interests to traveling to Africa or returning to Africa has been ignited. October, November & December was one of the busiest periods for African travel quoting, lots of work and surely a good sign that the market had turned! January and February are now starting to see some conversion on these quotes clearly a great start to the new Year.

Partner Update by Aktiv Resor, Finland:
We are very pleased with the cooperation with Koolivoo during the production process and the outcome of the new brochure. The Finnish market has not seen anything like this before and we create a whole new dimension in selling Australia. We are looking forward to significant increase, if not in total number of arrivals at least in our share of Finns arriving in Australia.

In late January we had the Travelfair in Helsinki. A partial shipment of the brochure was sent by air so that we were able to hand them out fresh from print for our dedicated customers and members of the public who showed interest in travelling to Australia. We also have published a 20 page campaign brochure together with Tourism Australia and travel organizations of 4 different states and territories. This leaflet was our main objective at the fair and it has been distributed as insert with the biggest newspaper in Finland, Helsingin Sanomat to more than 100.000 households. Now that the main shipment of the new Australia – New Zealand brochures have arrived our next initiative is to mail the brochure to our mailing list of 6500 addresses.

During the last 4 weeks after the fair we have been very busy and received much more inquiries about travel options to AU and NZ than last year.
