Dean Milverton, Web Business Development
Born in Colac, Victoria, Dean began international travel at the age of 18, over the following years he visited USA, Europe, Asia, Central America and the Pacific.
In 2000, Dean relocated to Guatemala to work with a community development project in tourism development. This job then lead to a position with a incoming tour operator in Honduras where Dean assisted in product development, website development and international marketing, during this time he also represented Honduras as a steering committee member at the UN International Year of Ecotourism regional conference.
In 2003, Dean moved to Roatan in the Bay Islands of Honduras to develop a website development and marketing company called Tortuga Digital. Over the following 4 years Dean’s wide range of skills assisting in developing this company to become the leading company in the region.
In 2006, Dean returned to Australia and after 6 months in Victoria decided to relocate to Cairns, Queensland. On arrival in Cairns Dean worked on various local website development projects while still maintaining his involvement in Tortuga Digital in Honduras.
In late 2009 Dean joined Koolivoo in Cairns in a website business development role.
