Sales and Marketing management of all sales staff and markets applicable to a Cairns based tour operator including the Cairns and Port Douglas local market, the domestic wholesale market, the international wholesale markets and inbound tour markets.

A thorough understanding of strategic sales and marketing can be demonstrated by the following results.




1997-1998: Sales and Marketing Implementation of the In A Day touring brand. A consumer driven touring brand introduced into the local Cairns tour market. Resulting in a successful product range which still accounts for a significant portion of Down Under’s FIT numbers.

1999-2003: Product development , sales and marketing implementation of Desert Venturer a youth product for Down Under Tours. 3 Day Touring to Alice Springs and Darwin , generated 2 million dollars a year revenue as a profit centre.

2001-2003: Product development , sales and marketing implementation of Down under By Appointment , an exclusive and private touring brand for Down Under Tours. Resulting in a successful product range which is a significant profit centre for Down Under Tours.

2008: Product Development established, Koolivoo ATS Pacific Mainstream Brochure. A 180 page mainstream touring brochure featuring the strongest variety of touring and accommodation options for Australia and New Zealand. Resulting in expected significant increases in revenue for each wholesale partner and significant demand from prospective new partners for 2010/ 2011.

2009: Product development established ,Koolivoo Ultimate To Do List Africa. A 80 page Up market travel brochure showcasing the ultimate travel experiences of Southern and Eastern Africa.

In all of the above projects a strong understanding of the tourism industry has been demonstrated.
